As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various tasks including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
- • Send your resume to the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
- • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
