Requirements:
- • Bachelor's degree in a business field, such as accounting, finance, or management
- • Proven work experience as a business operations specialist or a similar role
- • Proficiency with common office software systems such as Excel
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Attention to detail and accuracy
- • Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards
Responsibilities:
- • Keep track of daily operations, track performance, and make recommendations for improvement when needed
- • Order and manage supplies and inventory, coordinate with accounting & finance departments to stay within budget
- • Develop procedures & protocols (e.g. checklists) to be distributed to personnel
- • Communicate & coordinate with staff (executive operations team) & vendors
- • Train & onboard new staff to ensure compliance with SOP
- • Develop and implement department wide quality controls
- • Recommend new procedures to improve daily operations
- • Communicate with operations manager & staff members & vendors to ensure compliance with protocols at key touchpoints
- • Help the operations manager with development, planning and coordination
- • Ensure operations are in compliance with local & national regulations
