Job Title: Business Development Manager - Accounting Staffing
Location: United States (Remote)
As a Business Development Manager for Accounting Staffing, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the accounting and finance sector, maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, and collaborating with our recruitment team to deliver top- Otch staffing solutions.
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- • Proven track record of successful business development in the accounting staffing industry.
- • Strong understanding of accounting and finance roles and requirements.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- • Self- Motivated, goal- Oriented, and able to work independently.
- • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Google Suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- • Business Development:
- • Identify and target potential clients in the accounting and finance industry to expand the client portfolio.
- • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- • Build and nurture relationships with key decision- Makers and stakeholders.
- • Client Engagement:
- • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.
- • Present staffing solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of accounting and finance clients.
- • Provide exceptional customer service to foster long- Term client relationships.
- • Market Research:
- • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- • Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
- • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- • Provide clear and detailed job requirements to recruiters and offer support throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- • Maintain accurate and up- To- Date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
