Requirements:
Qualifications
- 1- 3 years' of experience working in Accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude
- Highly detail- Oriented
- QuickBooks
- Excel skills
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- The ideal Accounting Assistant will be responsible for general accounting assistance to Vice President which will include performing accounting, administrative, and HR duties, and working closely with other team members
- You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database
